Crossroads was established in North Little Rock in 1989 by George Wagner of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Crossroads and DSRA have formed a friendship and partnership that spans over the last 10 years.

Jeff had been a member of DSRA for many years. He loved the DSRA.
Jeff and his partner of 28 years Harrell were always there when someone said I need your help. He was so supportive of DSRA.
Jeff loved life, his family, friends, the cookouts and the road trips. He was a Guardian Angel and a true friend to countless people.
To Jeff, DSRA was just an extended family. You couldn't have asked for a better brother.

Jeff was always the Wind Beneath my Wings. He stayed in the background and let me do most anything, and he NEVER met a stranger. He was my best friend as well as my lover. Jeff you are missed very much and you will always have a place in my heart as well as many others.
